Refund Policy

At RegenRx Health Institute, we take product integrity, regulatory compliance, and customer accountability seriously. Due to the nature of the products we offer, this Refund Policy is strict by design.

All Sales Are Final

All products sold by RegenRx Health Institute are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

This policy exists because our products are sensitive, sterile, and temperature-dependent, and cannot be resold or reintroduced into inventory once they leave our control.

Limited Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds, replacements, or store credit are considered only in cases where:

  • The wrong product was shipped, or
  • The product was damaged during transit

Claim Requirements

To be eligible for review, all claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include all of the following:

  • Clear photos of the outer shipping box
  • Clear photos of the inner packaging
  • Clear photos of the product(s)
  • Your order number
  • A written description of the issue

Incomplete claims or claims submitted after the 48-hour window will be automatically denied.

Resolution (At Our Discretion)

If a claim is approved, RegenRx Health Institute may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected product, or
  • Issue store credit, or
  • Refund the purchase price of the affected product only

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds do not include taxes, handling fees, or expedited shipping charges.

Non-Refundable / Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Cosmetic changes to lyophilized powder
  • Crystallization, clumping, or settling
  • Temperature exposure during shipping
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Buyer misunderstanding or ordering error
  • Opened, altered, or tampered products
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen

Shipping Risk & Delivery Confirmation

Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.

RegenRx Health Institute is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting RegenRx Health Institute is considered a violation of this Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Permanently restrict future purchases
  • Suspend or terminate customer accounts
  • Submit all order records, communications, and delivery confirmations to payment processors or financial institutions
